Matthew and Oskar, learners at Birtenshaw College, Bolton have secured a work placement at Crowne Plaza, Manchester Airport working in the Catering Department with Head Chef Paul and Sous Chef Rob. Both learners will have the opportunity to develop their culinary and communication skills, alongside gaining vital experience in a busy working environment which will prepare them for the future.
