We are proud to announce that one of the Birtenshaw Registered Children’s Homes won the Care Home Team Award at the North West Care Awards Ceremony, which was held at The Kimpton Hotel, Manchester. The team have now also qualified for the National Finals at the ICC, Birmingham on 18 March 2022. The judges’ comments about the team were ‘Caring and compassionate, the team clearly play to staff members strengths to ensure the young peoples’ journey is the best it can be. They were very creative and proactive with their approach; it would be a credit to work with them.’ – Care Awards North West.
The Birtenshaw Group was also highly commended by the judges and commented in the following categories The Home Care Registered Manager Award and The Care Employer Award.
