Birtenshaw Gym and Activities team have been running fun exercise sessions with children who live in the Birtenshaw Children’s Homes using equipment such as the battle ropes. Ethan really enjoyed getting to grips with the battle ropes. These are great pieces of functional equipment that engage the entire body whilst providing some sensory feedback and visual stimulation for young people.
