Pupils from Birtenshaw School, Bolton competed in the Greater Manchester Kurling Competition, held at The Bolton Arena. The Birtenshaw Team won two out of four matches, which was a fantastic achievement in their first ever Kurling Competition.  Here’s what the team had to say:

Harrison Bond – ‘I had a great day at kurling sports day. I got a medal for taking part.’

Zakir Khan – ‘I would like to go again’

Jack Goddard – ‘It was quite good 10 out of 10 for me’

Damien Parkinson – ‘I really enjoyed it’

Well done to all!
