Tegan, a learner at Birtenshaw College, took part in Autism Accreditation’s nationwide campaign to celebrate it turning 30. The challenge was to complete an activity of choice over a 30-day period. Tegan pledged to walk for the challenge, both at home and within college, tracking her progress on a handmade log. Tegan accomplished her goal with a total of 767 minutes walking over the 30-day period!
Tegan received a certificate of acknowledgement from Christine Flintoft-Smith (Head of Autism Accreditation) and her effort is due to be featured in the April edition of the Autism Accreditation newsletter. A huge well done to Tegan for completing the challenge in a positive, enthusiastic and motivated manner!
